Last updated: 4 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Text Invisible website and its tools. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Text Invisible is operated by Pixelca LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
In these Terms & Conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Pixelca LTD. “You” refers to anyone who accesses or uses the site.

2. Using our tools
Our tools may help you generate, identify, or work with invisible and special Unicode characters.
You may use the tools for lawful purposes, including personal, educational, research, and commercial purposes. You do not need to create an account, pay a licence fee, provide attribution, or credit us when using an output from the tools.
You are responsible for reviewing and checking anything you generate before using it.
3. No warranty or guarantee
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or guarantees that:
- the tools will always be available or uninterrupted;
- the tools will be accurate, complete, or error-free;
- a result will be suitable for your intended purpose;
- generated or detected characters will work across all devices, platforms, applications, or services;
- a detector will identify every invisible, hidden, or unusual character; or
- the site will remain unchanged or available indefinitely.
You use the site and its results at your own risk.
4. Detection results are not proof
A detection result is only an indication based on the characters and techniques known to the relevant tool at the time of use.
A result stating that no hidden character was detected does not prove that text is free from hidden, unusual, or deceptive content. Unicode standards, software behaviour, and concealment methods can change over time.
Do not rely on a tool result as the sole basis for:
- an employment or hiring decision;
- an academic or disciplinary decision;
- a legal or regulatory decision;
- a security decision;
- a fraud investigation; or
- any other decision with serious consequences.
You are responsible for obtaining suitable professional, technical, legal, or other advice where appropriate.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the site or anything produced by it to:
- conceal instructions or content in order to deceive or mislead another person;
- manipulate software, automated systems, or people acting on information;
- evade moderation, security, plagiarism, fraud-detection, or other review systems;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- disguise the origin, ownership, or meaning of a message or document;
- facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or other harmful conduct;
- interfere with the operation or security of the site;
- access or attempt to access areas or systems without permission; or
- violate any applicable law or regulation.
We may restrict or block access where we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of text and other content that you submit to a tool.
We do not claim ownership of your submitted content or of the output generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you submit.
You also remain responsible for how you use any output, including whether its use complies with applicable law, third-party terms, and the rights of others.
7. Privacy and submitted text
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how the site handles information.
Where a tool is designed to process text in your browser, we do not receive the text you paste into that tool. However, no online service can guarantee that transmission, storage, or processing will never occur in every technical circumstance.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, or commercially restricted information unless you are satisfied that doing so is appropriate.
8. Intellectual property
The site’s design, branding, text, software, layout, graphics, and other materials created by or for Pixelca LTD are owned by Pixelca LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except where these Terms or applicable law allow it, you must not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from our site or its materials without permission.
The permissions in Section 2 apply to outputs from the tools and do not transfer ownership of the site itself.
9. Third-party services and links
The site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or software. These are provided for convenience only.
We do not control or endorse third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. You use them at your own risk.
10. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or withdraw any tool or part of the site at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the site.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixelca LTD is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from or relating to:
- your access to or use of the site;
- reliance on a tool result;
- errors, omissions, or incomplete detection;
- generated characters not working as expected;
- content being altered, lost, exposed, or used unintentionally;
- interruption, unavailability, or withdrawal of the site;
- unauthorised access, technical failures, malware, or third-party services; or
- your use of any output.
This includes indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and economic loss, including loss of data, revenue, profits, business, reputation, or opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Pixelca LTD for reasonable losses, liabilities, claims, costs, and expenses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- your unlawful or prohibited use of the site;
- your violation of another person’s rights; or
- your content or use of an output.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the site.
If you use the site as a consumer from another jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to you.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any policies or notices expressly referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and Pixelca LTD concerning your use of the site.
